Il Tennessee è l’anello debole della pena di morte Americana.

Tennessee is the weak ring of the American death penalty.

Hutchinson, come Workman, Paul Reid e Abdur'Rahman, prima di lui, è un altro esempio di come funzioni male la giustizia americana e di come la pena di morte sia  applicata a casaccio.

Hutchinson, as Workman, Paul Reid and Abdur'Rahman before him, is another example of how bad can be the American justice and how randomly the death penalty is enforced.

Olen Hutchinson, che si protesta innocente, è l’unico condannato a morte di un gruppo accusato dell’omicidio di Hugh Huddleston, ma era anche l’unico a non essere presente sul luogo del delitto. Un paio dei suoi presunti complici sono già usciti dal carcere.

Olen Hutchinson, who says he is innocent, is the lone condemned to death for the murder of  Hugh Huddleston even if he was not present to the homicide. Some of his presumed accomplices are already free.

La Repubblica Romana fu il primo stato sovrano a scrivere nella propria costituzione l’abolizione totale della pena di morte, il 3 luglio 1849. Il Comitato, ispirandosi alla tradizione libertaria ed abolizionista del nostro Paese, si batte contro la pena di morte e per il rispetto dei diritti  umani indicati agli articoli  2 – 21 della Dichiarazione Universale.
The Roman Republic was the first state to write in its constitution the total abolition of the death penalty, on 3^rd July 1849. This Committee follows this tradition fighting against the death penalty and for the human rights listed in the articles 2-21 of the Universal Declaration of 10^th December 1948
